Karlie Lindsay

Volunteer Children’s Coordinator & Event Planner

I have always been a very nurturing leader growing up and continue to apply that daily in and out of the church. As far back as grade school I’ve always been the “mother hen” of the group and always made sure to take care of those around me. I always had a passion for teaching and working with children but one day I “randomly” decided to go to hair school. Knowing now how God works I see He put me down this path to bring me closer to Him. Before 2019 I was not a believer but after I started working at ‘Amore’ Beautiful You’ salon in Madison Heights. Seeing God flow through there like water in a river I could deny Him no longer! From there I met our wonderful pastor’s wife, Sandy, and after months of coming to the church and seeing the need for a children’s coordinator, I stepped up right away! My passion for teaching children was finally needed! This was where I belonged all along. Now I get to inspire young minds to love Christ with everything they have daily, and I couldn’t ask for more!
